Anytime Shift Corporation Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 1, 2025

1. Introduction

Anytime Shift Corporation (“ATS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a platform and related services for businesses and workers to manage and fill shifts (“Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit www.anytimeshift.com or use our mobile apps and Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: Account details: name, email, phone, password, business name, role, and contact details. Profile and work details: skills, certifications, availability, work history, preferences. Business details: locations, job descriptions, shift details, payment contacts. Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, reviews, and survey responses. Payment details: limited billing information processed via third-party payment providers (ATS does not store full card numbers).

Information collected automatically: Device and usage: IP address, browser, device type, app version, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and referral URLs. Approximate location: derived from IP or device (if you enable location services) to show nearby shifts or relevant jobs.

Information from third parties: Payment processors and banks (for payment status and fraud prevention). Background-check or identity-verification providers (where used). Analytics and advertising partners (aggregated or pseudonymous IDs and usage data).

3. How We Use Information

ATS uses information to: Operate and improve the Services, including matching workers to shifts and businesses to workers. Create and manage accounts, authenticate logins, and provide customer support. Process payments, send invoices, and issue worker payouts. Send service messages (shift confirmations, reminders, cancellations, payout notices, policy updates). Personalize content, recommend shifts or workers, and improve search and matching. Monitor safety, prevent fraud, enforce Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations. Perform analytics and product research using aggregated or de-identified data.

4. How We Share Information

ATS may share: With other users: Workers may see business name, location, job details, and ratings. Businesses may see worker name, profile, experience, ratings, and shift history. With service providers: cloud hosting, customer support tools, email/SMS providers, analytics, payments, and background-check partners, who are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to legal requests, protect ATS, users, or the public, and enforce our Terms. In business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to similar protections. As aggregated or de-identified data: that does not reasonably identify you (for statistics, performance, and market insights). ATS does not sell personal information in the traditional sense but may use cookies/ads partners that could be treated as “sale” or “sharing” under some laws; see your rights section.

5. Cookies and Tracking

ATS uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, and measure marketing and ads performance. You can control cookies via browser or device settings; disabling some cookies may impact functionality. For more details, see the ATS Cookie Policy.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: Access, correct, or delete certain personal information. Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Opt out of marketing emails by using the “unsubscribe” link or changing notification settings (service emails may still be sent). Control cookies and tracking as described above. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. EEA/UK users may have additional GDPR rights and can contact their data protection authority. You can submit a request or question by emailing info@anytimeshift.com.

7. Data Retention and Security

ATS keeps personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to operate the Services, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements (for example, certain transaction records may be kept for several years). ATS uses technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect data. No system is fully secure, so you should keep your password confidential and promptly notify ATS of any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18, and ATS does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If ATS learns that a child’s data has been collected, it will be deleted.

9. International Transfers

ATS is based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where required, ATS uses appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

ATS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes may be notified via email or in-app/website notice; continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
